Nintendo have announced their official support of GXI taking place in Dublin next month, marking the first time that the video game company’s first official involvement in a gaming event in Ireland.

Fans can experience the best and brightest that Nintendo have to offer on their Switch platform with all the latest titles available in the Nintendo Zone. GXI has SuperMario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 Delux, ARMS, Splatoon 2 and Pokkén Tournament DX for all to play and compete against your friends over the weekend.

The folks behind Dublin Comic Con and Celtic Throwdown are now bringing us the Games Expo Ireland, aka GXI, which is set to be Ireland’s largest gaming event, being held in the RDS  on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 November.

Additionally, there will be tournaments of SFV, Rocket League and Tekken to Hearthstone and Mario Kart. Big Betty, the first Sports Truck is also coming to Ireland and has the latest games, streaming stations and technology to host the GXI sports tournaments. Fans will also be able to play their favourite retro games in the Retro Gaming Zone which includes consoles and games from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s.
