Review: The Fear Diaries #2

The Fear Diaries #2

If you read my review of issue 1 then you’ll know how much I enjoy this title, If not then here I go again with the love. Children’s nightmares are fueled by fear and that fear comes from a dark dimension with evils beyond understanding. To safeguard all the children on earth a team of warriors have been chosen to fight back the darkness and protect the innocent from evil. That team is led by Theodore, a tough as nails Teddy bear… yes Teddy bear. All the guardians of the dreams are stuffed animals charged with not only making children happy in waking hours but also making sure no nasty dreams creep into their heads as they sleep. To do this Teddy and his team battle the dark mistress and her hoard of evil stuffed animals in grizzly combat (see what I did there) this team might be cute a button but they’re hard as nails.

This is really fun, its imaginative and simply gorgeous to look at. The idea of adorable teddy bears fighting monsters is too cute and awesome. The JLA and The Avengers should watch their backs, there’s a new team in town and they might be toys but they’re not playing around.

Again this one gets a very easy 5 stars. If you’ve not read this yet please check it out, you will not be disappointed.
